Job :

2. Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise general, auxiliary, and analytical accounting and manage periodic closings.
• Ensure the reliability of accounts, reconciliations, inventories, provisions, and financial reporting.
• Oversee the daily management of treasury, banks, and deadlines (suppliers, customers, taxes).
• Monitor receivables, customer credit, outstanding payments, and collections with sales teams.
• Ensure tax and social compliance, as well as adherence to procedures and internal controls.
• Analyze performance (turnover, margin, expenses, results) and propose improvements.
• Manage accounting teams and ensure smooth coordination with the group's financial management.
• Support the statutory auditor in their missions, as well as control or audit teams.
• Ensure the preparation of monthly entries and compliance with established procedures.
• Prepare summary statements for year-end declarations.
• Participate with the accounting team in preparing documents required by external control or audit teams and supervise any mission with them by preparing the necessary responses within deadlines.
• Supervise periodic and annual inventory counts and prepare a complete file for each inventory, highlighting discrepancies and damaged or returned items.

3. The profile we are looking for:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance, accounting, audit, management control, or equivalent training.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with experience supervising a team.
• Good command of Moroccan accounting and tax regulations, treasury, and monthly/weekly reporting.
• Very good command of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems; experience with multi-company or distribution is a plus.
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, leadership, responsiveness, and team spirit.
• Ability to handle urgent/difficult/stressful situations.
• Initiative.
