Job :

As the Head of Credit, Finance, and Accounting, you will report to the General Management and will be responsible for overseeing all of the organization's financial and accounting operations.

Your role will be to ensure the reliability of financial data, optimize treasury, and comply with current standards.

Your main tasks:

• Credit Control and Collections: Implement customer risk assessment, define credit limits, and monitor outstanding amounts and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Supervision of Accounting Operations: Manage general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, payroll, and intercompany transactions.
• Reporting and Closing: Ensure rigorous monthly and annual closings, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
• Treasury and Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flows, optimize working capital, manage banking relationships, and credit facilities.
• Audit, Tax, and Internal Control: Coordinate external audits, ensure tax compliance, and maintain a robust internal control system.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in optimizing financial processes, optimal use of the ERP system, and supporting the team.

Required profile :

Higher education degree (Bac+5 level, equivalent to a Master's degree) in Finance, Accounting, or related field (a Master's degree is a plus).

A professional certification (CPA, CMA) is highly valued. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar finance and accounting role.

Proven experience in credit management is required.

Technical Skills: Mastery of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial modeling. Excellent command of ERP systems and advanced Excel. Strong skills in financial analysis and treasury management. Languages: Perfect command of French, English, and Arabic (written and spoken).
