Job :
As part of our client's development, we are recruiting a permanent Logistics Methods and Engineering Manager, based in Casablanca, Aïn Sebaâ.
Main tasks:
Design and cost transport and logistics solutions adapted to customer needs.
Support the Sales Department in preparing and negotiating offers.
Manage the start-up of new client projects until they are transferred to the operations teams.
Define and implement Supply Chain methods, standards, and best practices.
Monitor service performance and manage continuous improvement actions.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school (industrial engineering, logistics) or a business school with a specialization in Supply Chain.
Experience of 5 years or more in logistics and transport, ideally in methods, pre-sales, or logistics management consulting.
Proficiency in warehouse and flow dimensioning, transport organization, costing, and profitability analysis.
Good knowledge of WMS/TMS tools, advanced Excel, Lean, and project management.
Analytical mind, rigor, leadership, customer focus, and proactivity.
Fluent French and Arabic; English appreciated.
