Job :

Join a dynamic company in the electricity sector, a recognized leader in its field. For our site based in Casablanca, we are looking for a General Services Manager to oversee all support services and actively contribute to our operational performance.

Your main mission will be to ensure the management and optimization of all the company's general services. This includes overseeing infrastructure, managing service providers, implementing security policies, and controlling the budget for related expenses, thereby ensuring a functional and smooth work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating maintenance services (buildings, equipment).
  • Managing contracts with suppliers and external service providers (cleaning, security, catering, etc.).
  • Monitoring and optimizing budgets allocated to general services.
  • Implementing and enforcing standards for safety and hygiene.
  • Managing vehicle fleets and the property portfolio.
  • Organizing logistics for company events and potential relocations.
  • Managing the teams under your responsibility.

Required profile :

Your academic background has led you to obtain a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

With 3 to 5 years of experience, you have already held similar positions where you demonstrated your organizational skills and your ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Your strengths for success in this role include:

  • Excellent command of general services management techniques.
  • Solid management and negotiation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exemplary rigor in budget monitoring and contract management.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and propose innovative solutions.
