- Lead and develop the performance of the distribution network nationwide.
- Define and monitor the commercial objectives of distributors.
- Analyze performance and implement necessary action plans.
- Develop business opportunities and support network teams.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure good coordination of commercial actions.
- Ensure KPI monitoring and reporting to Sales Management.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and customer satisfaction.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a similar field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales role, with strong knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Solid skills in business development, identifying opportunities, and sales growth.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and unite a sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer contact ability.
- Team spirit and leadership.
- Ability to support change and mobilize teams around objectives.
