Join a dynamic company in the Distribution sector as an HR Manager, based in Casablanca. This is a unique opportunity to lead the human resources strategy within a rapidly growing organization.

Your role will be to ensure the optimal development and management of human capital, aligning HR policies with the company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for fostering a work environment that promotes professional growth and collective performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Define and implement the overall HR strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, training, talent development, and career management.
• Ensure compliance with social regulations and the establishment of a positive social climate.
• Manage payroll and personnel administration.
• Support the company's organizational and cultural transformation.
• Implement and monitor key HR indicators.

Required profile :

A degree of Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher), ideally in HR, Personnel Management, or Training, is required for this position.

Proven experience of 10 to 20 years in versatile HR roles, ideally in the distribution sector, is expected to successfully carry out this mission.

• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
• Proven ability in HR strategy and project management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and proactivity.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools.
