Job :

• Define and manage the Group's CSR strategy, in line with its strategic directions and ESG commitments.
• Ensure the deployment and coordination of CSR initiatives across the Group's various entities.
• Manage non-financial reporting and ensure alignment with major international frameworks and standards (GRI, ESRS/CSRD, etc.).
• Oversee CSR evaluation, certification, and continuous improvement processes.
• Support the integration of ESG issues into governance and decision-making processes.
• Manage and develop the skills of the CSR team.

Required profile :

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) minimum, from an engineering school, business school, or higher education specialized in CSR, sustainable development, or management.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including significant experience in CSR/ESG leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in CSR strategy, ESG reporting, and international sustainability frameworks.
• Experience in a large group, ideally in an industrial, infrastructural, or multi-sector environment.
• Strong skills in management, cross-functional project leadership, and change management.
• Leadership, strategic vision, influence, and excellent interpersonal skills.
