Job :

Define, deploy, and update the company's Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainable Development (HSE-DD) policy, in line with its strategy and objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and manage occupational and environmental risks, and lead the associated prevention and improvement action plans.

Manage safety and environmental performance by monitoring indicators, analyzing results, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Prevent and analyze accidents, incidents, and risky situations, conduct necessary investigations, and follow up on improvement actions.

Ensure regulatory compliance in terms of occupational health and safety, environment, and sustainable development, and carry out corresponding regulatory monitoring.

Deploy awareness, training, and communication actions for employees on HSE-DD issues, and organize safety drills.

Lead the management of environmental aspects and the reduction of the environmental footprint, particularly through monitoring energy and water consumption, waste, and emissions.

Lead certification and continuous improvement processes related to HSE and environmental management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, etc.) and associated audits.

Lead the CSR and sustainable development initiative, coordinate HSE-DD representatives within different departments/sites, and mobilize internal and external stakeholders.

Report to General Management, prepare HSE-DD/CSR reports, manage the dedicated budget, and propose necessary investment and improvement projects.

Required profile :

Engineering degree (Master's degree or equivalent) - specialization in HSE, environment, industrial safety, or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial setting

Technical Skills
• Mastery of HSE and environmental regulations (local and international)
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 standards and frameworks
• Proficiency in risk analysis and management tools (FMEA, cause-and-effect diagram, etc.)
• Skills in project management and indicator (KPI) monitoring
