Eni group is actively recruiting 2 operational supervisors on a permanent contract (cdi) to strengthen its workforce in nouaceur. this mission involves taking charge of the daily supervision of teams and ensuring operational excellence in field services.

the main objective is to ensure rigorous team management while ensuring the perfect execution of assigned tasks. success in this role is reflected in maintaining impeccable service quality and exemplary responsiveness to daily challenges, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the standards defined by the company.

the daily tasks for this position include:

• organize and supervise the work of the teams in place.
• effectively distribute tasks and ensure precise follow-up of schedules.
• control the conformity of services as well as strict adherence to safety and quality instructions.
• manage attendance tracking and provide concrete solutions to operational unforeseen events.
• maintain fluid communication and constant coordination with management and clients.
• develop regular reports and ensure information is relayed regarding any anomalies observed.

Required profile :

this position is open to candidates with an adequate level of education allowing for a good understanding of operational and managerial challenges.

significant experience in supervision or team management is required. prior expertise in the cleaning or business services sector would be a valuable asset for success in these missions.
