Within ENI GROUP, a major player in the business services sector, two supervisor opportunities are available in Marrakech. This central role involves managing operational monitoring and daily supervision of the teams deployed in the field, thereby ensuring the excellence of our services.

The main objective is operational performance and customer satisfaction through rigorous management of activities. Special attention is paid to team coordination, strict adherence to schedules, and continuous optimization of the quality of services provided. Fluid communication and proactive management of unforeseen events will be the pillars of success.

Daily tasks in this role revolve around diverse missions aimed at maintaining high intervention standards:

• Coordinate and supervise operational teams on site.
• Plan tasks, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
• Perform systematic quality checks on services rendered.
• Monitor attendance and ensure responsive management of unforeseen issues.
• Scrupulously ensure compliance with procedures and safety instructions.
• Manage regular reporting and relay essential information to management.

Required profile :

Solid training is expected to understand the management and organizational challenges inherent in this supervisor position.

Proven experience in supervision and team management is desired. Expertise gained in cleaning services or business services is a significant asset for success in this role.
