Training & Experience
Education level from High School Diploma to Associate's Degree (Bac to Bac+2) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Transport, or equivalent field.
2 to 4 years of experience in a logistics, industrial, or aeronautical environment, ideally in warehousing, inventory management, or production logistics.
Proven experience in receiving, inspecting, stocking, and preparing goods or parts.
Experience in preparing orders and kits of parts for production.
Knowledge of logistics processes and quality requirements applicable in an industrial or aeronautical environment.
Technical Skills
Verify the conformity of received goods in terms of quality and quantity.
Perform receiving, identification, inspection, and stocking operations according to defined procedures.
Prepare orders and kits of parts according to service orders and production needs.
Perform handling operations and ensure the movement of parts and goods within the shop while respecting safety rules.
Carry out necessary IT transactions for the traceability of logistics operations: receiving, stocking, stock removal, kitting, etc.
Ensure proper identification, storage, and traceability of parts and goods.
Participate in stock management and improvement.
Identify and report any discrepancies in quantity, part number, or conformity found during logistics operations.
Actively participate in inventory counts and actions aimed at improving stock accuracy.
Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement projects in coordination with the Progress department.
Participate in improving logistics flows, storage processes, and kit preparation.
Comply with internal procedures and instructions as well as the requirements of the MOE, RSM/QCM, and applicable safety rules.
Respect the use of PPE and apply requirements related to quality, safety, and traceability of operations.
Tools & Knowledge
Good command of IT tools and Supply Chain management software.
Experience using an ERP or inventory management system (SAP or equivalent).
Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes: receiving, warehousing, inventory management, kitting, order preparation, and production supply.
Knowledge of traceability and inventory management principles.
Knowledge of quality procedures and requirements applicable in an industrial or aeronautical environment.
Knowledge of handling, storage, and safety rules.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles would be a plus.
