General Mission
The ITPL support manages all activities related to modernization and validation planning, vehicle lifecycle monitoring, and the creation and tracking of performance indicators for the PDVM (Performance Development & Validation Management) team. It ensures the proper execution of physical and digital validations for all types of projects, by ensuring cross-functional coordination between departments, technical teams, and module managers.
As part of its missions, the ITPL Support also works on an Infotainment project, which requires a solid knowledge base of embedded multimedia systems.
Main Responsibilities
Planning and validation management
- Development, updating, and management of the Vehicle Integration Plan (PIV).
- Cross-functional coordination and project meeting management.
- Monitoring of vehicle deliverable conformity according to milestones.
- Priority management, risk analysis, and decision-making.
- Structured reporting (weekly, monthly, milestone).
Performance indicators and analysis
- Creation, management, and tracking of internal and external KPIs.
- Analysis of data from validations and the fleet.
- Consolidation of indicators for partner entities.
- Use of AI to speed up document analysis, reporting, summarization, and certain project tasks.
- Optimization of PDVM processes.
Required profile :
Degree:
Master's degree (Bac + 5) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, logistics, or equivalent.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience
Technical Skills
- Project management and multi-departmental leadership.
- Knowledge of vehicle development and validations.
- Knowledge of electronic control units and their impact on vehicle validations.
- Data analysis and indicator creation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (programming, automation).
- Knowledge of generative AI.
Behavioral Skills
- Rigor, organization, autonomy.

- Operational leadership and cross-functional facilitation.
- Clear communication in French and English.
- Priority management and decision-making.
