Join a major player in the financial sector in Casablanca (Oasis) as a Team Leader ATM Control & Reconciliation. As part of a one-month temporary assignment, this key role involves leading a team of analysts, overseeing complex investigations, and ensuring the reliability of ATM operations reconciliation processes.
The central objective of this function is to guarantee operational excellence by ensuring the quality of controls and rigor in managing reconciliations. This involves securing flows, minimizing financial risks through increased monitoring, and maintaining a high level of performance within the team while ensuring smooth communication with various stakeholders.
On a daily basis, responsibilities revolve around operational management and technical supervision:
- Organization and supervision of the daily flow of ATM operations reconciliation.
- Prioritization of cases based on their criticality and financial exposure.
- Control of analyses and validation of case closure according to current delegations.
- Cross-functional coordination with technical and security teams to resolve anomalies.
- Precise reporting to management and rigorous monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identification of recurring issues and formulation of corrective action plans.
- Support for the skill development of analysts.
Required profile :
A degree of Bac+4/5 (Master's level or equivalent) in finance, audit, control, data, or an equivalent discipline is required to understand the technical challenges of this position.
Proven experience in operational control, reconciliation, audit, payment systems, or cash management is necessary. Previous experience in management or team coordination is highly desirable to succeed in this demanding banking environment.
To excel in this mission, a strong command of office tools is essential, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and monitoring tools is a valuable asset.
