Job :
We are looking for a dynamic, competent, and highly professional Maintenance Technician to join the Technical Direction and General Services at Hôpital UIR.
Your main tasks will focus on the following areas:
Monitoring of Technical Installations
- Ensure daily monitoring of technical installations (electricity, HVAC, building equipment)
- Identify anomalies and initiate necessary interventions
- Perform first-level maintenance interventions if needed
Management of Maintenance Service Providers
- Coordinate technical service provider interventions
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety instructions
- Monitor services performed on-site
- Report any non-compliance or deviations
Management of Maintenance Interventions
- Record and track intervention requests in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ensure traceability of operations performed (internal and by service providers)
- Verify intervention reports from service providers
- Participate in the rapid restart of installations in case of an incident
- Provide technical support during service provider interventions
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions during interventions
- Monitor the application of procedures by service providers
- Participate in regulatory controls and periodic verifications
Required profile :
- Associate's degree (Bac+2) in (electrotechnics, industrial maintenance, climate engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience in technical maintenance, ideally in a hospital environment
- Proficiency in office software and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Adherence to safety, hygiene, and access instructions
- Responsiveness to service requests
- Compliance with internal procedures
- Rigor and organization
