Job :
As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for an IT Support Technician.
- Ensure the preparation and configuration of computer workstations, operating systems, and the Sophos security solution.
- Manage and monitor the network infrastructure: cabling, switches, Fortigate, routers, time clocks, and Internet connection.
- Configure and administer Wi-Fi access points.
- Provide first-level maintenance for the IT equipment and keep the hardware inventory up to date.
- Manage the printer fleet: consumables, first-level maintenance, and follow-up of repairs with service providers.
- Provide technical assistance to users and monitor current and future IT needs, for both hardware and software.
- Participate in the monitoring and implementation of IT action plans.
Required profile :
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good command of the Windows environment.
- Knowledge of computer networks and IT security.
