Poste :

We are currently looking for an EDS Engineering Value Optimization Leader to work with our Teams on Stellantis projects.

• You will be the main contact for Engineering Teams regarding V.O. topics internally and externally.
• You will drive V.O. topics in close collaboration with V.O. Manager, Engineering Managers and Sales Leader.

Position Tasks:

Responsible of the V.O. engineering activities:

• leading of internal and external meetings and KPI reporting by being the key interlocutor for PCD projects.
• coordination of engineering tasks related to V.O. across multi-projects engineering teams (including during the RFQ)
• support to project team to launch and plans the V.O. applications (workshop, studies, technology introduction)
• creation and promotion of V.O. ideas
• Be the promoter of the V.O. activity
• Ability to draw a business / application case

EDS Requirement analyst:

• Support special WH manufacturing process analysis and related threats & opportunities.
• Support internal and customer specification analysis. Review and report any requirements which could impact Yazaki performance or interests.
   

Profil recherché :

Education and skills

• University degree (Bac+5) in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, with minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive industry
• Proficient with Microsoft office Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills (French and English)
• Ability to negotiate and take decisions if necessary
• Flexibility
• Strong analytical skills
• High attention to details
• Self-motivation and prioritization
• Ability to work in a team as well as alone

Additional preferred qualifications (that would be a plus)

• Previous design experience from an automotive (Stellantis or other OEM) or Harness Manufacturing background
• Vehicle assembly process, especially EDS related aspects.
• Experience of working with, or design of, vehicle electrical systems
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical/electronic system function and diagnostics
• Understanding of EDS design, harness guidelines and development process
• Harness manufacturing experience
