Poste :

Position Tasks: 

Organization of maintenance activity: 

• Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management, coordinating and overseeing their workloads, providing support to ensure that the team delivers, monitoring any issues, and ensuring targets,
• Analysis of issues to root cause and development of countermeasures, improvement actions and/or suggestions to improve
• Record and document all work carried out on all equipment.
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of equipment
• Optimize the costs of maintenance by optimizing downtime and consumption of spare parts.
• Carry out repairs to all types of equipment in safe, timely and professional manner.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule as necessary and planned work orders as required. 

Lean manufacturing: Ensure the implementation of the TPME.

Continuous Improvement: 

• Participate into continuous improvement workshop
• Ensure the implementation of KAIZEN sheet into technical department
• Elimination of main problem by making meeting with different department

Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards: 

• Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures YEL/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S.
• Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR)

Profil recherché :

Position Requirement:

• Education Level: BAC+5: Electromechanics; Electronics 
• Min professional experience: More than 5 years 
• Language Skills: English; French: Advanced 
• IT Skills: Microsoft Office; SAP: Advanced  
• Professional knowledge and skills: Maintenance; Tools for problem solving analysis (PDCA, Ishikawa, 6 sigma,TPM….); communication skills.
• Competencies: Functional knowledge and skills; Continuous Improvement; Self-reflection; Integrity and trust....
