You will help our teams to carry out missions abroad to meet with top government representatives (Presidents, Ministers...) and negotiate with CEOs and General Managers of the country’s largest companies. Our teams sell advertising and SEO to top management that enables the production of economic country reports announced on the world's major news websites, such as BBC, Euronews & NYTimes.
Mission
• Enable the growth of the company
• Boost sales results
Main tasks
• Cold calling to set up interviews and meetings for the team
• Research (online + phone) to build “country profiles” (list of companies with contact details to be approached for interviews and sales)
• Market research / Competition reports' analysis to help decide which markets the company should enter
• Present and promote MarcoPolis' activity and projects
• Feed MarcoPolis' website with content (articles, videos…)
• Prepare customer presentations
• Coordinate marketing & sales activities (mailings, brochures)
• Follow up of customer projects
• Act as a central point of contact when the sales team is on assignment to ensure that contact/update of urgent issues is maintained
• Organize the team's agenda and travel logistics
• Provide proactive administrative support
• Carry out presentations of our services during customer meetings
Job Requirements
• Impeccable oral/written English (other languages are valued)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (contact via telephone and email)
• Internet-oriented and knowledge of Adobe CS5, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, Joomla (or Wordpress)
• Flexible, dynamic, independent, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
• Resourceful, well organized, , efficient, team player and detail oriented
• Able to work from home
Conditions:
• Salary of €400/month + commissions on company sales
• Home based
• Starting as soon as possible
• Possibility to grow in the company to other positions
