Poste :

As an Accountant at IKEA, you will be in charge of:

  • Supervising day-to-day operations within the accounting department.
  • Crafting comprehensive financial statements and reports for management evaluation.
  • Investigating and resolving financial discrepancies by meticulously analyzing account data.
  • Guaranteeing compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of internal control policies and procedures.

Your primary missions will involve:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records with precision.
  • Managing the processing of invoices and expense reports efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and handling tax return preparation.
  • Assisting in the development and monitoring of budgets.
  • Participating in financial audits and swiftly resolving any issues encountered.

Profil recherché :

For this position, we seek candidates with a Master degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance. Additional education in a relevant area would be highly beneficial.

Ideally, applicants must have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with particular preference given to those with experience in distribution or retail.

To thrive in this role, the candidate has to demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork aptitude.
