Poste :
Define beg strategy including management and optimization of begging panels for the assigned commodity. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement. Manage claims. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support
- Define the supplier strategy, including the management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and award contracts to suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions and pass on information to supplies. Manage claims.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of Energy market and commodity management as well as analytical thinking to execute strategy.
- Uses energy and product knowledge and analytical ability to execute strategy.
Increase best cost country (BCC) buy through development of global supply base opportunities
- Increase purchasing volumes in the country at the best cost (BCC) through the development of the supplier base
Implement long-term agreements (LTAs) and strategic sourcing agreements (SSAs) on in-scope commodities
- Implement long-term agreements (LTA) and strategic procurement agreements (SSAs) on its scope
Increase beg payment terms and partner with suppliers on participation in reverse factoring initiatives

Facilitate technical alignment between engineering and suppliers
- Facilitate technical alignment between engineering and suppliers
Manage and collaborate on product cost out proposals with Engineering and Product Management
- Manage and collaborate on product cost reduction proposals with engineering and product managers
Own Should Cost negotiations and results for commodities in scope
- Leading the negotiations of should cost in its perimeter
Implement beg ideas that drive cost reduction / lead time improvements
- Implement supplier ideas that help reduce costs/improve delays
Profil recherché :
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master degree from an accredited university or college
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain or operation with some experience or knowledge in construction
- Willingness and ability to travel at least when needed (5-10%)
- Desired Characteristics
MBA and/or financial experience
