Poste :
1. Identification of the post
Job location: Faculty of Medical Sciences (FMS).
Position: Assistant Digital Media
Specific responsibilities: IT logistics support, Web design, communication, website, Community management.
Situation of the position in the organization chart: Under the direct authority of the Head of Communication and Marketing of the FMS.
2. Missions and activities
The Assistant Digital Media is particularly oriented towards assisting members of the FMS team and teaching staff in the context of their activities. He works closely with many internal and external partners. It will carry out 2 missions:
- Technical assistance, office automation and IT:
- To assist the teaching staff on the IT component.
- To assist the teaching staff in the digitization of their courses.
- To build course capsules.
- To help in office tasks according to the activity of the FMS.
- To provide support to team members in IT activities.
- To provide support to the teaching team in the correction of proofs by optical reader
- Communication:
- To provide support during the scientific events (help desk, taking photos and videos, etc.).
- To manage the logistical aspect of events organized by the department as part of its technical assistance and communication missions.
- To ensure the graphic design of communication media: Graphic design, Web design, multimedia activities (taking photos, creation and editing, video, Community management...).
- To design and update the FMS website
- To design and update the brochures of the training offer.
Profil recherché :
Knowledge :
- To know the FMS rules of operation
- To know the professional environment of higher education.
- Mastering office software (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, etc.) and also communication and web design software.
Operational skills :
- To know how to prioritize and plan activities according to a fixed schedule.
- To know how to use office and communication software.
- To know how to report on one's work, raise questions or difficulties.
- To know how to design and update monitoring tools.
- To understand the organization and operation of an event / website.
