Poste :
Job Description: We seek highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistants to support the Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship research activities. The successful candidate will be key in Project Eureka and mapping and detailing ecosystem players. They will also contribute to various research projects, including field research and implementing and assessing participant survey data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of research projects, including Project Eureka and other initiatives related to innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Conduct thorough research and mapping of ecosystem players within the entrepreneurship landscape.
- Participate in field research activities, including data collection and analysis.
- Support the implementation and assessment of participant survey data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare research findings, reports, and publications.
- Engage with stakeholders, including industry partners, to gather insights and feedback on research initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest research methodologies and industry trends to enhance the quality and impact of the research.

Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in research, preferably in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship in Africa.
