Poste :
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and management of manufacturing processes, and applies knowledge of industry and customer requirements to develop robust processes
- Ensure team cohesion and motivation
- Provide SMART objectives for the team and ensure its achievement
- Prepare clear career path for the team
- Provide the right support to operation ensuring clear work instruction and process definition by helping identify process deficiencies and leads the implementation of effective solutions.
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ensures technical teams are contributing to meeting company objectives.
- Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
- Ensure agile SCRUM following customer requirement
- Provide guidance and insight to upper management as required
- Deliver work products consistently, on time and on budget
- Identify and follow the capital project needs and ensure the right spending in place
- Ensure the recruitement needs of the project
Profil recherché :
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering;
- minimum 1-2 years in project management;
- Knowledge of Java techniques;
- Fluent in English & French;
- Curious, honest, ambitious, team-oriented, innovative, rigorous, and entrepreneurship mindset;
- Likes to challenge and be challenged in return.
