Poste :

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and management of manufacturing processes, and applies knowledge of industry and customer requirements to develop robust processes
• Ensure team cohesion and motivation
• Provide SMART objectives for the team and ensure its achievement
• Prepare clear career path for the team
• Provide the right support to operation ensuring clear work instruction and process definition by helping identify process deficiencies and leads the implementation of effective solutions.
• Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Ensures technical teams are contributing to meeting company objectives.
• Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
• Ensure agile SCRUM following customer requirement
• Provide guidance and insight to upper management as required
• Deliver work products consistently, on time and on budget
• Identify and follow the capital project needs and ensure the right spending in place
• Ensure the recruitement needs of the project 

Profil recherché :

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management or related field;
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering;
• minimum 1-2 years in project management;
• Knowledge of Java techniques;
• Fluent in English & French;
• Curious, honest, ambitious, team-oriented, innovative, rigorous, and entrepreneurship mindset;
• Likes to challenge and be challenged in return.
