Poste :

As a business developer for Continuing Education Programs, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational offerings to prospective students, professionals, and corporate clients. You will play a key role in driving enrollment growth, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our programs.

Main Duties:

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including public institutions, individuals, businesses, and organizations, to promote continuing education programs.
• Conduct sales presentations and consultations to highlight the benefits of our courses and training solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to effectively position our programs.
• Provide feedback to the program development team to ensure our offerings meet the needs of the market.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our programs and expand your professional network.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
 

Profil recherché :

Knowledge and skills: Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or professional development sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the Moroccan market and understanding of the continuing education landscape is a plus.
• Proficiency in French and Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Required: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Preferred in: Sale/marketing
• Type and Length of experience: 3-5 Years
