Poste :
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the program's pedagogical committee on the strategic and operational aspects of the 'School of Chemical, Mineral and Biotechnological Engineering' (GPU+) Engineering Cycle program
- Plan and manage the Engineering Cycle program (GPU+)
- Promote the program to the academic community (Visits, Networks, Online Communication, ...)
- Set up and manage the program's accreditation file (Syllabus, Administrative Files of Professors & Staff, UM6P Infrastructure, ...)
- Manage the entrance exam and scholarship process
- Develop timetables and course schedules
- Regularly coordinate with the teaching staff and academic staff as well as support services to ensure the management of the program
- Contribute to the implementation of appropriate pedagogical tools
- Collaborate with the teaching team for the recruitment and reception of students
- Ensure the smooth running of the training (Administrative, logistical, student, academic, promotional follow-up, ...)
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of the program's courses
Profil recherché :
Desired Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Experience in training management, pedagogy or engineering
- Mastery of teaching methods and learning assessments
- Ability to manage projects (Establish plans, allocate resources, coordinate and meet deadlines)
- Very good command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to evaluate results and make improvements
