Community Manager

 

As the Community Manager under the direction of the Head of Student Affairs Division, the Community Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of the organization's online presence and community engagement. His or Her role includes but is not limited to; ensuring the implementation of effective communication strategies and practices across social media platforms, developing cohesive projects that improve the organization's online presence through engaging and relevant content, analyzing social media data, identifying opportunities for increased engagement and community growth, and fostering a positive online environment for the student body.

 

 

 

Missions:

1. Develop and implement communication strategies on social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

2. Create, plan, and publish attractive and relevant content tailored to our student audience.

3. Manage and animate online communities, proactively responding to comments and messages.

4. Analyze the performance of published content, adjusting strategies as needed.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to promote university events and initiatives.

Profil recherché :

Exigences:

1. Hold a degree in communication, marketing, digital media, or a related field.

2. Possess proven experience in managing online communities and social media.

3. Have skills in writing and creating engaging and relevant content.

4. Be proficient in the use of social media analytics tools and capable of interpreting data to improve engagement.

5. Demonstrate excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work with diverse audiences.
