Poste :

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Tetouan, Morocco. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics activities across the organization.

• Joins daily production meetings and synthesizes project requests for procurement and warehouse teams
• Tracks the arrival of parts in the warehouse based on procurement team updates
• Performs physical checks in the warehouse in case of disputes (reception / quality / scrapping / etc.)
• Participates in the RPO process with the warehouse
• Checks the list of emergencies
• Reports a daily summary of parts set aside (fil rouge / BTU / quality)
• Alerts procurement promptly for any part to be reordered following an inventory discrepancy
• Leads RPO meetings with the quality team to monitor quarantined parts (target: no part in jail for more than 48h)
• Ensures implementation of PPL decisions regarding obsolete stock

Profil recherché :

• Bac+5 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Very good level in French, English, and Spanish
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with multi-site stakeholders
