Poste :
The Data Analyst is responsible for defining, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to digital learning initiatives. He/She will track learner engagement, performance, and satisfaction to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. The data analyst will also work closely with the head of the digital learning strategy to generate reports and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data related to learner engagement and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key findings.
- Convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the digital learning team to optimize courses and programs.
- Stay updated on data analysis techniques and tools.
- Develop, at term, predictive modelling to implement adaptive learning at ABS
Profil recherché :
Profile:
- BAC+ 5 / 6-years’ experience in (Digital) Data analysis
- Skills in Machine learning, Predictive Modelling, Forecasting, Big Data
- Excellent ability to synthesize and interprete data in a relevant way for a given audience
- Excellent ability to craft impactful reports
- Excellent level in English/French, speaking & writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
