Poste :
The Learning Technologist is responsible for the technical aspects of the digital learning platform and its integration with other systems and tools. He/She will provide technical support to faculty and students, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of the platform. The learning technologist will also explore new technologies and advocate for their implementation to enhance the digital learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the digital learning platform and associated tools accordingly to ABS Digital Learning Strategy.
- Manage the interactions with our Tech partners by translating our functional needs and monitoring, as a project manager, the different milestones on formalized media
- Provide technical support to faculty, students, and staff.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the platform and recommend solutions.
- Integrate external tools and systems with the learning platform.
- Explore and evaluate new technologies for digital learning.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on the use of the platform.
Profil recherché :
Profile:
- BAC+ 5 / 6-years’ experience in IT platforms administration and improvement, ideally in the education/training sector
- Excellent ability to manage projects and report on their progress through comprehensive media (GANTT, REPORTS, etc..)
- Excellent level in English/French, speaking & writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
