Job description:
As the Digital Transformation Manager within the Division of Entrepreneurship and Venturing at UM6P, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital innovation and transformation within the Startup Studio initiative. You will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and implementation of digital initiatives to foster entrepreneurial growth and empower startups with cutting-edge technologies and processes. Your vision and expertise in digital transformation will be instrumental in shaping the future of startups within UM6P.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with startup founders and teams to understand their business goals and digital requirements, providing expert guidance and support on digital strategies.
• Lead the development and execution of digital transformation plans for startups, incorporating innovative technologies and tailored solutions to enhance their market competitiveness.
• Support the development and improvement of the digital platform within the Startup Studio, ensuring it aligns with the unique needs and growth objectives of each startup.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to implement digital initiatives, overseeing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital projects, identifying areas for improvement and proposing adjustments to optimize results.
• Design and implement effective incubation and acceleration programs, providing startups with mentorship and resources to foster their digital capabilities and business growth.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and entrepreneurial best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with startup teams to promote continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strategic partnerships, facilitating access to resources and networks that support startups’ digital journeys.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
• Master degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in digital projects, digital. transformation, entrepreneurship, and supporting startups on their digital strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, and trends relevant to startups in various industries.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to startups, empowering them to make informed decisions on their digital journeys.
• Proficient project management skills with a track record of implementing digital initiatives on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and the potential of digital technologies to drive business success.
