As part of our strategic business expansion, our company - a leader specialized in the promotion, marketing, and distribution of educational materials and academic resources - is seeking a dynamic and motivated ELT (English Language Teaching) Consultant & Educational Advisor (M/F). This role is ideal for an experienced English teacher looking to transition their pedagogical expertise into a strategic corporate and advisory career.

Poste :

The successful candidate will use their English teaching background to advise school administrations and drive the adoption of our ELT catalogue within their assigned geographical zone.

Key missions include:

• Pedagogical Promotion: Present and promote our specialized English language textbooks, educational resources, and ELT solutions to educational institutions.
• Portfolio Development: Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, including private schools, language centers, high schools, and key educational stakeholders.
• Academic Demonstrations, Seminars & Events: Organize, host, and lead pedagogical presentations and workshops for school boards, English coordinators, and teaching staffs. You will also coordinate academic school events such as Spelling Bees, Public Speaking competitions, and educational seminars to engage our partner schools.
• Needs Assessment & Consulting: Analyze the specific curriculum and language level needs of each institution and deliver tailored academic and commercial solutions.

Profil recherché :

Qualifications & Experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA / Licence) in English, Linguistics, Education, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Proven background in teaching English (ELT/EFL). Prior experience in school coordination, or educational sales is highly advantageous.

Professional Requirements & Skills.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and spoken), combined with strong communication skills in French to liaise with local school administrations.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and formal presentation skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Moroccan school environment, English curriculum structures, and modern pedagogical terminology.
• Soft skills: Highly dynamic, autonomous, proactive, and rigorously organized.
