Poste :
At UM6P, we take pride in creating memorable and impactful events that bring our campus community together. Our Event Department is at the heart of these experiences, and we're on the lookout for passionate and creative individuals to join our team.
As an EVENT EXECUTIVE, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a wide range of events, from academic conferences and alumni gatherings to student orientations and cultural celebrations. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, work with diverse stakeholders, and have the opportunity to shape meaningful experiences for our university community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute events from start to finish.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless event operations.
- Create engaging event marketing materials and promote events effectively.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in event planning or a related field is a plus.
