Poste :

The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs and requirements of stakeholders within specific projects based on payment solution Power CARD.

The BA will then ensure, together with the relevant Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, that the requirements are accurately translated into system developments.

Core Competency:

• Experienced BA working in Credit Card Settlement assignments in the past is desirable.
• Maintain PowerCARD configuration parameters in all environments.
• The applications involved relate to the processing of credit card transactions from the client’s Point of Sale processing across the globe. The processing includes calculation of the amounts to be settled with the payment acquirers as well as reimburse each of the retailers. A strong understanding of accounting and financial transaction processing will be required.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills – spoken and written.
• The individual requires the ability to understand a complex set of business requirements and understand how they are enabled throughout a set of applications.
• The BAs will participate in the elaboration of the solution business designs.
• Ensure settlement compliance to local and international rules and regulations provided by Regulatory bodies and Visa/ MC/AMEX/CUP requirements.
• The individuals must possess strong communication skills (spoken and written) and be strong at working with the client to review requirements and create business designs for Changes and obtain client agreement and signoff.
• Familiarity with regulations and standards for credit card transaction processing and Payment Card Industry compliance is a plus.
• This Business Analyst will have overall responsibility for Change and Release requirements and application business design and assisting with UAT testing
• Participate in Change evaluation and estimating.

Profil recherché :

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems.
• Thorough understanding of the payment card industry.
• The knowledge of the PowerCARD Solution is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Merchant Services industry is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst in credit card applications Fluent in French and English Languages.

• Solid knowledge of rules and regulations of card business processing
• Understanding of the PCI standards.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills – spoken and written.
• Good team working skills & Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
