MANAGE PRODUCT DESIGN FOR PHOVA TECHNOLOGY

• Responsible for design & development production plan of new catalogs, products of family products such as pumps, valves, specific pump ranges or other products of PHOVA Technology’s catalog
• Lead development, design, and engineering activities or PHOVA Technology’s project leveraging best work practice across the organization while applying methods (costs, performance, schedule, manufacturing)
• Leading product development in accordance with PHOVA Technology’s strategy, annual objectives with project management methods and tools available
• Responsible for completing pump design programs driving through a scheduled planification
• Responsible of research & innovation for industry to accelerate PHOVA Technology’s development catalog and to push for new leading-edge product technology across PHOVA Technology’s portfolio
• Be able to design new products to permanently satisfy PHOVA Technology requirements such as performance, cost, quality in a timely manner and to satisfy technical and eco-design requirements
• Design components of products & products to maintain the lowest cost with the best features at any step of manufacturing: cast, molding, stamping, machining
• Ensure to maintain innovative features and solutions to deliver new designs
• Ensure in collective intelligence continuous improvements on design methodology, manufacturing, or maintenance of the product
• Mentor and delegates to senior design engineers, junior design engineers and technicians
• Be able to analyze, identify issues, propose adequate solutions, and make appropriate decisions to improve productivity of design for industry team and, improve productivity on PHOVA Technology’s manufacturing
• To focus on key clients & opportunities in coordination with sales effort to maximize customer satisfaction, activity’s growth, and manpower
• Participate in technical committees to approve product design and product improvements
• Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and PHOVA Technology’s regulations toward hygiene, security, and environment 
• Develop and maintain a safe & well-organized workplace, well-organized research design follow-up
• Be able to maintain a knowledge building strategy for design to share knowledge and improvement
• Using creativity and innovation to propose and find appropriate solutions to engineering issues
• Prototype building, simulation, and testing to validate designs and performances
• Create or modify & Approve Bill of Materials and assembly drawings associated with the product, equipment, or component
• Design calculations, analysis and interpretations using established tools including Finite Element Analysis
• Prepare, interpret, analyze drawings, specifications, procedures, or related materials

• Be able to answer customer and industry requirements and satisfy customers ‘needs
• Be able to provide a complete assessment to other departments as necessary to solve and provide customer’s satisfaction and a highly responsive support to resolve any performance, technical, design or features of the product on the field
• Be able to answer and understand customer needs or market demand in design specifications reliable for products
• Maintain a continuous research improvement of the product thanks to research investigations, be able to propose and perform advanced analysis, or auditing, identify and propose appropriate conclusions and recommendations
• Ensure and verify components and products ‘integrity 

TRANSVERSAL PRODUCT DESIGN SUPPORT FOR INDUSTRY

• Preparation, participation for technical reviews, engineering reviews, decision gates and reporting
• Follow-up of production until delivery to customer (design, manufacturing, assembly, maintenance) 
• Work closely with other departments within the organization to collaborate on any aspects on engineered or design orders
• Be able to work on demand on specific technical projects related with PHOVA Technology’s activity
• Be able to prepare detailed technical support (presentations, analysis, mementos, technical specifications for any purchasing technical requests etc…) 
• Participate in orders and design review meetings
