Job Summary:
The Head of Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading and overseeing the project management function within the Entrepreneurship & Venturing direction at UM6P. The PMO is responsible for the performance management, creation, update and monitoring of the overall and specific dashboards, the creation and management of the UM6P startup finder and the management of cross-functional and strategic projects. The PMO will also ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project management function for the Entrepreneurship & Venturing direction at UM6P
- Develop and implement project management policies, processes, procedures, and standards for the direction
- Define and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Manage cross-functional and strategic projects within the direction
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and frameworks
- Manage the performance of the Entrepreneurship & Venturing direction through the creation, update and monitoring of the overall and specific dashboards
- Create and manage the UM6P startup finder
- Implement and manage project management software
- Collaborate with other departments, programs, and UM6P subsidiaries to align projects and ensure resources are available and efficiently used
- Provide guidance and training on project management practices to all stakeholders within the direction
Profil recherché :
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cross-functional and strategic projects
- Proven experience in developing entrepreneurial ecosystems is a must
- Experience in implementing project management software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP certification is a plus
