What you will do :

 • Support the full People & Culture agenda, including recruitment, onboarding, development, training, retention, and engagement.
 • Drive HR processes that strengthen IKEA as a great place to work
 • Support recruitment campaigns to attract and onboard passionate talents who share our values
 • Contribute to learning and development initiatives that help coworkers grow and thrive
 • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion across the organization
 • Bring innovative ideas to enhance the coworker experience in a dynamic retail environment

Profil recherché :
