Preparation of manufacturing files: Design and drawing
- Draw, using CAD software, the plans of all the parts for each stage of the production process: foundry plans, machining plans, assembly plans, client files, etc.
- Verification of designs, materials, assemblies as well as the geometry of parts in accordance with the standards and regulations
- Establish the nomenclature and BOM
- Realize the 3D renderings for the product catalog and the requests of the marketing unit
Hydraulic and Mechanical Simulation:
- Launching simulations and monitoring their progress
- Establishment of simulation reports
System Management Quality: Continuous improvement of 3D designs and 2D plans
- Fill in quality sheets, technical documents and participate in their improvements
- Ensure continuous improvement of the quality of plans and designs
- Organization of design versions and referencing
Reverse engineering: Measurement & post processing
- Taking dimensional measurements using quality control tools or a 3D scanning
- Post-processing of scan results and generation of 3D parts and manufacturing plans
Expected results:
- Efficiency and respect of deadlines
- Reliability of plans, manufacturing documentations and reports
- Support manufacturing and Quality control teams
Profil recherché :
Technical skills:
- Mastery of industrial drawing & design techniques
- Mastery of CAD software: SOLIDWORKS
- Knowledge of simulation software: Ansys
- Mastery of quality control and measurement instruments.
- Good knowledge of quality tools.
- Knowledge of computers and graphic design software: AI, Ps, etc.
