· Accountabilities
· Responsible for day to day operations, providing Telephone and Desk-side support, scheduling technical support on the company’s IT infrastructure and computers etc.
· Support connectivity & LAN environment.
· Provide First line support on issues related to Operating system, connectivity, MS Office including MS Outlook and other applications.
· Assist the local IS/IT Manager in achieving local goals & objectives.
· Load operating system image on PCs in accordance with company policy.
· Manage backups, printers, scanners and access control.
· PBX installation, management and problem solving.
· Provide basic computer training on using computers and applications.
· Implement IS security as per companies policies.
GENERAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- University Degree in Information Systems
- Minimum two years first line help desk support experience on windows based PCs and
basic MS office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in French & English
Profil recherché :
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Should be dynamic, highly organized, a good team player, capable of handling multiple tasks with grace and humour.
- High level of energy , enthusiasm and highly people oriented
- Ability to work and deliver without being supervised
- Past experience in setting up LAN, PCs and Printer including WAN connectivity.
- Building Windows 8 and above based PCs with a standard company build
- Ability to deal with a variety of customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
