As part of the development of its teams, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Lab at Université Mohammed VI Polytechnique is launching a call for applications to recruit a Junior Project Manager.
You are a curious candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are organized, a team player and eager to find a solution to every problem. You're results-oriented and not afraid of a challenge. You have an interest in entrepreneurship and innovation.
Responsibilities:
By joining the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Lab team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of innovative, cross-functional projects.
Your responsibilities will revolve around the following activities:
- Upstream analysis: prospective studies, market and competition analysis;
- Drafting specifications: requirements, skills identification, impact analysis;
- Project management: coordinating, creating and monitoring timetables and milestones for the various projects;
- Preparation of project communication and steering committees;
- Project support and monitoring, start-up assistance, deployment phase assistance;
- Project management and production of solutions on time, on budget and on target.
- Facilitate links between project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and produce presentations and reports for the project committee.
Type of contract: Fixed-term contract
Duration: 12 months

Profil recherché :
Requirements :
- BAC+5, engineering school, business school or university degree.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- You are autonomous, enthusiastic and able to adapt to succeed in your mission.
- You are organized, motivated and have good interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
