Poste :
PHOVA Technology is seeking a highly experienced Lead Expert in Casting and Machining to join our Design Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of our industrial equipment, including centrifugal pumps, industrial valves, and axial pumps, in partnership with foundries and machining units. This includes putting in place a quality control system and supervising suppliers to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the manufacturing processes of PHOVA Technology's industrial equipment, including centrifugal pumps, industrial valves, and axial pumps, in partnership with foundries and machining units.
- Ensure quality control and supervise suppliers to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Use knowledge and expertise in casting and machining to improve the design and manufacturing processes of our industrial equipment.
- Work closely with the Design Engineering team to identify and recommend solutions to improve the quality and performance of our products.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in casting and machining technologies, materials, and techniques.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within PHOVA Technology.
- Collaborate with scientific and academic partners to develop new materials and manufacturing techniques for PHOVA Technology's products.
- Communicate regularly with other departments within the company to ensure all project milestones are being met.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in casting and machining.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising foundries and machining units.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
