About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to strengthen SHBM’s visibility through creative, purposeful content. In this role, you will create and manage content, work on campaigns,
and contribute to branding projects that speak to our community and attract future students. Working closely with different departments, students, and alumni, you’ll translate real experiences
into compelling digital content. Your work will support our strategic goals in recruitment, engagement, and brand positioning—helping SHBM stand out as a distinctive business and
hospitality school.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Storytelling

• Develop marketing materials and collaterals such as e-brochures, presentations, and editorial content tailored to SHBM’s audiences.
• Craft compelling social media posts, captions, and campaigns for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Edit and optimize videos, photos, and visuals for digital platforms, ensuring high engagement.

Community Engagement & Brand Presence

• Manage SHBM’s social media channels and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice.
• Monitor trends, respond to comments/messages, and actively engage with our digital community.
• Work closely with students, faculty, and alumni to source and share authentic stories and testimonials.

Content Strategy & Performance Optimization

• Manage and update SHBM’s website content to align with strategic messaging.
• Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely, impactful communication.
• Track performance analytics and suggest improvements for reach and engagement.
• Align messaging with student recruitment efforts, industry collaborations, and SHBM’s values.

Interpersonal & Strategic Skills

• Creative & Initiative-Oriented – You bring fresh ideas and take ownership of projects.

Digital Tools & Technical Skills

• Social media management – Experience in handling LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Content creation & design – Proficiency in Canva (mandatory); Photoshop is a plus.
• Video editing – Experience with iMovie, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Analytics & optimization – Understanding of performance tracking and engagement metrics.

Profil recherché :

Requirements

• Academic background: Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Marketing, Communication, Management, Hospitality Business, or Events.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and French (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
