About the role

In a dynamic and competitive global market, the Distribution, Commercialization, and Performance (DCP) department focuses on maximizing customer impact through efficient and profitable sales strategies. The department coordinates marketing and sales efforts while stimulating business growth by managing multi-channel sales performance and optimizing compensation plans.

As a Multi-Channel Commercial Performance Analyst within the DCP Division, you will play a vital role in analyzing and enhancing our multi-channel sales performance. Your role will involve providing operational recommendations based on data insights. This will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, IT, and teams such as SIP and new channels within the organization.

• Conducting in-depth analyses of sales performance including costs to sell across multiple channels, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market and customer base by product, region, and segment to enrich our commercial prospecting database and inform strategic initiatives.
• Developing and implementing tools for data visualization and reporting, ensuring that stakeholders have access to the necessary information to manage performance effectively.
• Presenting findings and recommendations at dedicated meetings, ensuring clear communication of performance metrics and strategic insights.
• Utilizing statistical tools and data analysis software (such as Excel, Power BI, Python, or R) to support market estimations and performance evaluations.
• Coordinating with internal and external sales regions to ensure strategy alignment and optimize performance across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
   

Profil recherché :

• You have an engineering or business degree and experience in data analysis and business performance management.
• You are proficient in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and have knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python or R).
• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• You are an effective communicator, able to present technical information in a simple and engaging way.
• You will demonstrate autonomy, rigor and a strong team spirit and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• You will be fluent in both English and French.
