Poste :

WE ARE HIRING AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SPECIALIST (HSE) to join our team in Berrechid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Develop Health, Safety, Environmental and Social Management system and management plan aligned with the following standards: ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO45001.
• Develop a sutainable supply chain management system and obtain the Forest Stewardship Council Chain of Custody (FSC™? CoC) certfication for plant.
• Carry out internal audits of pulp suppliers for Supply chain management system.
• Carry out an energy and carbon emission audit & Develop energy and carbon emission reduction plan.
• Carry out Health, Safety and Environmental national legal compliance audit, periodic site surveys and action closure follow up for full compliance
• Provide authorisations for example wastewater, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, water and other environmetal obligations
• Ensure the chemical storage procedure in line with Eczac?ba?? Consumer Products and national legislation which include leakage and soil contamination management.
• Carry out periodic Occupational Health and Safety audits, site surveys and action closure follow up and reporting for full compliance.
• Develop training program on environmental and social, occupational health and safety & regularly assess, guide and train employees.
• Monitoring and reporting of the environmental, social and OHS performance to report on time.
• Ensure compliance and implement missing rules to OHSA standards concerning :

1. Working at height, machine guarding, pedestrian segregation and driver safety, forklift and walkway safety, PPE, electrical safety, contractor safety, Prevention of falls, slips and trips rules.
2. ZES/IES/LOTO
3. Monitoring of the facility preservation plan with maintenance.
4. Rules related to motorized equipment.
5. Handling of harmful substances.
6. TIR/LWIR tracking
7. Fire Protection.
8. Monitoring of regulatory inspections and maintenance: pressure vessels, electrical safety, cranes and handling.
9. Ensure compliance with local regulations for atmospheric emissions, effluents and solid discharges.

Profil recherché :

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: Bac +5 or higher education level with a specialization in Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Health, Social Sciences, or related fields.

REQUIREMENTS: 5 to 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety roles within the Distribution sector.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
