Poste :
As part of its mission to address complex strategic and organizational challenges through innovative and actionable solutions, the LTA Excellence Center, within Africa Business School (ABS) at UM6P, is launching a new applied research program in management : the Systemic Innovation and Management Institute (SIMI).
This initiative aims to develop a systemic approach to change, grounded in real-world challenges and designed to support UM6P/OCP’s priorities with fresh perspectives and transformative solutions.
Structured around two complementary strategic pillars—Systemic Change and Impact & Sustainability—SIMI is organized into research tracks/projects that explore key organizational and ecosystem dynamics.
The program seeks to bring together forward-thinking researchers and practitioners to co-develop tools, models, and knowledge that enable organizations to navigate complexity, drive innovation, and maximize sustainable impact.

We are seeking Research Engineers or Postdoctoral Fellows to contribute to the implementation and coordination of our research projects for an initial period of one year, renewable.
Profil recherché :
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in applied academic research and demonstrated experience in quantitative research design and data management.
• PhD or equivalent degree (e.g., engineering or research-oriented Master’s) in management sciences, sociology of organizations, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and conducting interviews, managing databases, and analyzing quantitative data
• Familiarity with tools for statistical analysis, data documentation, and database integration
• Strong organizational and methodological skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a research team
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset
• Ability to present research results in various formats (reports, articles, oral presentations)
• Familiarity with issues related to organizational change, strategic transformation, or change management, understanding of higher education and research systems would be a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork in Morocco, France
• Adherence to ethical standards, including confidentiality and GDPR compliance
