Poste :
Mission: Ensure smooth administrative operations at the "Moroccan Center for Game Theory" (MCGT) research laboratory by providing efficient support to the director and research team, overseeing the doctoral program management, and coordinating laboratory events.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and room reservation management for the center and doctoral program.
- Manage MCGT emails.
- Plan and organize laboratory meetings, including note-taking.
- Provide administrative support to the director.
- Gather information on laboratory events for website and agenda reporting.
- Administer support for doctoral candidates, including record maintenance and integration assistance.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for faculty, teachers, guests, and students in collaboration with Business pole team.
- Facilitate interactions with Business Pole teams for logistical needs and event organization.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in English and French.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Familiarity with office tools and scheduling software.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and academia.
Profil recherché :
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, secretarial studies, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Event organization expertise is a plus.
