Poste :

Main Mission :

The PMO is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing the management of clinical trial projects. They ensure planning, performance tracking, resource management, and communication among stakeholders to guarantee project success within deadlines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, monitoring, and closure of clinical trial projects.
• Implement and monitor project management tools (dashboards, reporting, KPIs).
• Coordinate between clinical teams, investigators, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, internal procedures, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), and applicable regulations.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare and lead project follow-up meetings, write minutes, and ensure information flow.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and anticipate potential deviations.
• Contribute to the drafting and revision of project documents (protocols, reports, procedures).
• Recruit, develop, and retain top clinical research talent (CRCs, CRAs, etc) to build a world-class Clinical Trials Center.
• Support change management and team skill development.
• Stay informed on regulatory and methodological developments in clinical research.
 

Profil recherché :

• Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (Ph.D., MD, Pharma D., is a plus).
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in clinical trials or biomedical research.
• Extensive experience in leading Early and Late phase Clinical Trials and research programs, with a proven track record of successful project management and grant acquisition.
• Experience in working within or with healthcare institutions, biomedical research centers, Pharmaceutical companies, CROs or academic medical environments.
• Knowledge of GCP, clinical regulations, and quality processes.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Clinical sector knowledge: understanding of clinical trials, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical and synthesis skills: ability to analyze complex data and produce clear reports.

• Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead meetings and work cross-functionally.
• Leadership and teamwork: ability to unite teams, support change, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Budget management: budget tracking, resource optimization, and cost control.
• IT proficiency: advanced use of project management software (MS Project, Excel, collaborative tools, etc.).
• Adaptability: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional English: fluency in written and spoken English.
