Position Overview:
We seek dynamic and dedicated individuals with a deep passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and the African continent. This role demands a profound understanding of the African entrepreneurial ecosystem and the drive to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecosystem Analysis and Training:
- Measure and understand the dynamics of the African entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Design and deliver training programs for ecosystem stakeholders to enhance their understanding and capabilities.
Partnership Development:
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic collaborations with key stakeholders.
- Foster long-term relationships with partners to co-create value in the ecosystem.
Project Management:
- Oversee projects that focus on innovative and entrepreneurial aspects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Consultation and Cross-Development:
- Offer consultation services to internal and external stakeholders on projects.
- Promote cross-collaboration and knowledge exchange between different projects to drive innovation.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation or a related field.
- Proven experience in the African entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Demonstrated capability in training and development.
- Strong project management skills.
- Outstanding networking and partnership-building abilities.
- Experience in consulting and cross-development initiatives.
