Poste :

A Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions developed by the team thorough testing and quality assurance practices.

They collaborate with the Product Owner to understand requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, execute test cases, identify and report bugs, verify fixes, and implement test automation strategies. The Quality Assurance Engineer works closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and the Product Owner to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Your detailed missions are as following :

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Salesforce solutions
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify and document defects, ensuring proper test coverage
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for Salesforce applications
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of Salesforce applications
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and the Product Owner to ensure requirements are well-defined and testable
• Provide feedback and recommendations on testing strategies, methodologies, and tools
• Participate actively in agile scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices in testing and quality assurance
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal English communication to effectively document test cases, report defects, and collaborate with team members

Profil recherché :

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role
• Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Visualforce, Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools for Salesforce, such as Selenium, ApexTestRunner, or Salesforce DX
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with proficiency in written and verbal English #must#
