Poste :

General:
• Represents the quality department through frequent communication, training and presentations on the project(s) and within organization
• Promote and drive implementation of Quality System on the project(s)

At project level:
• Prepares the Project Quality Plan (PQP) as part of Project Execution Plan (PEP), ensure update as appropriate
• Works closely with the Project Manager(s)/Engineer(s) to ensure implementation of work process Maps and procedures on different phases of project execution
• Monitors compliance with project quality objectives, applicable codes, standards, policies, procedures, and specific contract requirements
• Plans and conducts Quality audits and Gate reviews
• Paticipates in meetings of project progress reviews with Client
• Stimulates the Project team on integration and implementation of Compnay best practices to enhance successful execution of project(s)
• Maintains regular logs of Quality activities and prepares regular internal and external reportings on Quality performance
• Assists Project Manager in set up of design verification plan to reduce rework and design errors
• Coordinates investigation and resolution of Quality non-conformance and issues. Drives and ensures implemenatation of improvement actions
• Reviews applicable subcontractors’/suppliers’ quality documentation
• Ensures follow up and tracking of Project Quality KPIs (QA Metrics)
• Supports Turnover packages and close-out process

Profil recherché :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Advanced course or certification in Quality especially ISO 9001 is highly appreciated
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Project Management / Engineering/ Project Quality on large EPC/EPCM projects. Very familiar with Quality system applied to large industrial projects
• Team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• Good verbal and written knowledge of English and French languages.
