Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Research Engineer to support the development and scale-up of LiFePO (LFP), LiFeMnPO (LFMP), and LiMnPO (LMP) cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries. The position focuses on the synthesis of precursors (pCAM) and their subsequent lithiation and thermal treatment to obtain high-performance phosphate-based CAM materials.
The ideal candidate will be actively involved in:
· Synthesis of pCAM Precursors
· Thermal Processing and Lithiation
· Advanced Characterization
· Performance Evaluation
· Scale-Up and Sustainability
Profil recherché :
Required Qualifications:
· Masters degree or equivalent in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
· Hands-on experience in battery fabrication and characterization.
· Familiarity with synthesis methods.
· Strong analytical skills and familiarity with modern characterization tools (e.g., XRD, SEM, TEM, and electrochemical testing techniques).
